Never get double-booked again
There’s nothing worse than being over-extended.
Your boss sets up a meeting in what looks like an open spot on your calendar. But she can’t see that you have a doctor’s appointment on your personal calendar. Now you have to be in two places at once.

Enter auto-blocking in Notion Calendar. Add an event to one synced calendar and it automatically shows that you’re busy on all your other calendars too.

While the scheduling snippet makes it easy to coordinate, sometimes you just need to find the best time that works for your team. Cassidy Williams, Chief Technology Officer at Contenda, uses Notion Calendar to quickly get everyone on the same meeting without the back and forth.
